Trainings Of Staffs:

Training can be described as a planned axperience which brings about a change in behavior.

Navodya Vidyalayas Samiti has been highlighting the issues related to quality education during training program of different  categories of Navodaya Vidyalaya staffs. They are organized with the following objectives:

 Development of Knowledge, skill and attitude of trainees.

 Acquaint the trainees with latest development/ innovation/ experimentation in teaching - learning, testing, evaluation and other areas of system.

 Personal effectiveness.

 Understand and create residential environment.

 Understand the Organization, its  philosophy, structure, aims and objectives, vision, mission, policies, practice and procedures.

 Develop relationship, communication skills, motivation, motivational techniques and value orientation.

 Make the trainees to understand their role and responsibilities.

 Time, stress and conflict management.

 Staff development Program.

  Development of leadership quality.

  Prepare trainees to participate in planning management.

 Introduction of computer and educational technology with  teaching-learning process.

 Develop the strong feelings and belongingness to the system.

  In order to help the teachers to reach a high level of attainment through innovation and experimentation, training of teachers is an important aspect of teachers skill up gradation. The samiti has also taken care of continuous pre-service nad in-service training to teachers in collaboration with the institutes of Higher Leaving in the Country such as NCERT, NIEPA, RIE etc.

The Samiti has organised several orientation courses for the Principals, Different categories of teachers and non-teaching staff of the Samiti. The Co-operation of NCERT, SCERT, NIEPA, SAI, CCRT, RIE etc. was sought in the conduct of these courses.
